Residential / SOHO Services

Our standard support services are offered at a special hourly rate, with simple terms, designed for resdiential and Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) clients. We also offer a wide range of support packages, and flat-rate services.

For your convenience, many of our services can be provided right in your home. However, there will be times when performing the work at Panology's office is more appropriate, and will save you money. On those occasions, we will pick up and drop off your computer(s) free of charge (within the Lincoln and Omaha metros only).

Terms, conditions, and restrictions do apply. Prices and service offerings are subject to change without notice. Taxes and the cost of any products or materials used are extra (see our Products page for details about products and materials).

Flat-Rate Services

Computer Cleanse - $75 (up to 2 computers)
Virus Detection & Removal - $150 (up to 2 computers)
Complete Computer Rebuild - $150 (up to 2 computers)
Partial Computer Rebuild - $75 (up to 2 computers)
File/Printer Sharing - $75 (up to 2 computers, basic features & security)

Basic Package

This is our simplest package. It provides:

No Contract
1 hour minimum, but additional time is billed in 15 minute increments

Preventative Package

This package provides preventative care for one (1) computer or device. Much like a car, performing proper preventative maintenance will keep things running properly, and can extend their life.

This package includes:

Once per calendar quarter (every 3 months)
Includes system imaging for quicker recovery (However, it does not include backup of your individual files)
Support is not included
- Add support hours at a discounted rate
- No minimums
- Time consumed in ¼ hour increments
Add a non-computer device for a nominal fee
- Such as: printer, scanner, tablet, upto 6 devices
Requires a 6 or 12 month contract

Flexible Package

This package provides you with support for one (1) computer or device problem at a great rate.

This package includes:

Support for any computer or device problem
Add a non-computer device for a nominal fee
- Such as: printer, scanner, tablet, upto 6 devices
Up to 6 hours of support per year
- Add 2 hours for each non-computer device
- Additional hours available at a discounted rate
- No minimums
- Time consumed in ¼ hour increments
Requires a 6 or 12 month contract
Any hours not used during your initial contract term, will carry-over to the next term (some restrictions apply)

Complete Package

This is the most comprehensive package we currently provide. It combines elements of all our other packages, including: support, preventative maintenance, and routine service. All for one amazing price!

With this package, you get everything from the Preventative & Flexible Packages for 1 computer, plus:

Monthly routine and preventative care, including
- Backups of your important files
- System imaging for quick recovery
Additional hours at a discounted rate
Requires a 6 or 12 month contract
Any hours not used during your initial contract term, will carry-over to the next term (some restrictions apply)
